Job summary

InnVentures LLC in Seattle, WA is seeking a Night Auditor to supervise overnight operations and ensure daily transactions are reconciled for a seamless guest experience. The role requires attention to detail and reliable overnight availability in a hotel setting.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to read, write, type, and use basic technology.

Qualifications

Previous customer service experience with proven ability to thrive working the overnight shift.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
You must be able to read, write, type and use basic technology.
This job requires you to stand for an entire shift and you also must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Review daily transactions and checklists for completion and accuracy.
Ensure all guests are served promptly and courteously.
Apply problem solving skills to resolve guest issues to their satisfaction.
Follow proper cash handling procedures and be able to post and reconcile charges applied to guest receipts.
Ensure emergency notification procedures are followed in the event of issues taking place overnight.
Communicate effectively between all shifts and departments.
