Job summary

InnVentures LLC at Hyatt House Portland Downtown is seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor for the graveyard shift. You will supervise overnight operations and reconcile all daily transactions to ensure accuracy and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include reviewing daily checklists, handling guest requests promptly, and following cash handling procedures. The role requires strong communication, basic tech skills, and weekend/holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience ideal.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to read, write, type and use basic technology.

Responsibilities

• Review daily transactions and checklists for completion and accuracy.
• Ensure all guests are served promptly and courteously.
• Apply problem solving skills to resolve guest issues to their satisfaction.
• Follow proper cash handling procedures and be able to post and reconcile charges applied to guest receipts.
• Ensure emergency notification procedures are followed in the event of issues taking place overnight.
• Communicate effectively between all shifts and departments.
