Concord Miami Brickell is seeking a Night Audit Relief / Front Office Supervisor to oversee nightly Front Office and Night Audit operations. You will act as the guest and department liaison during the graveyard shift, covering front desk duties and supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the night accounting team; verify work, train, schedule, and conduct performance appraisals.
• Reconcile daily front desk tasks and post rooms using nightly processes.
• Prepare next day reports for Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, and Executive Office.
• Investigate and document guest issues; provide timely follow-up and incident reports.
• Check guests in/out and manage telephone operations during graveyard shift.
