Job summary

Intermountain Health St George Regional Hospital is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist for a 7 on/7 off graveyard shift, 21:00–07:00, to perform diagnostic MRI exams with high-quality imaging and patient comfort. You will collaborate closely with radiologists and physicians to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate holds ARRT MR or ARMRIT certification (or ARRT(R) cross-trained in MRI), with BLS and IV competency.

Qualifications

• ARRT(MR) certification or ARMRIT or ARRT(R) cross-trained in MRI
• BLS for healthcare providers
• IV competency within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Operate MRI equipment and perform diagnostic MRI exams
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging
• Maintain accurate records and quality images
• Adhere to MRI safety guidelines and department protocols
• Assist and instruct staff and students in protocols and equipment
• Follow coding, charging, and QC procedures
