Job summary

Intermountain Health St George Regional Hospital in Utah is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic MRI exams with advanced equipment, collaborating closely with radiologists and physicians to ensure high-quality imaging and compassionate patient care. This 7-on/7-off graveyard shift runs from 21:00–07:00 with a focus on safety, accuracy, and efficient protocols.

The ideal candidate holds ARRT MR or ARMRIT certification (or ARRT MR cross-trained), BLS, and IV competency,

Qualifications

• ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification required or cross-trained in MRI.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• IV competency within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic MRI exams on patients using specialized equipment.
• Ensure proper patient identification and exam preparation.
• Review images for quality, clarity, and accuracy.
• Adhere to MRI safety guidelines and maintain a safe environment.
• Assist and instruct students and other MRI staff on protocols.
