Intermountain Health St George Regional Hospital is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a 7 on/7 off graveyard shift. You will perform diagnostic MRI exams, ensure patient identification, verify orders, and review images for quality.

The role requires ARRT MR or ARMRIT credentials, BLS, and MRI safety adherence. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years MRI experience and a Bachelor’s degree may be preferred.

Qualifications

• ARRT MR certification required or ARMRIT credential.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• Cross-training in MRI acceptable as an alternative.

Responsabilités

• Perform diagnostic MRI exams on patients using advanced equipment.
• Ensure proper patient identification and order verification.
• Review images for quality, clarity, and accuracy.
• Adhere to MRI safety guidelines and maintain a safe workspace.
• Assist and instruct students and other MRI staff on protocols.
• Provide patient education and support during imaging.
• Maintain accurate records of procedures and adverse events.
• Follow coding, charging, and QC procedures.
