Qualifications

• Must pass fingerprint clearance and background check.
• Valid Driver’s license or State ID required.
• Ability to manage emotional stress and conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Provide support during group counseling sessions.
• Monitor entrance and screening for security.
• Report safety concerns and violations.

Skills

Ability to monitor program security

Crisis management

Alcohol and drug counseling

Bilingual (Spanish and English)

Education

AA or higher degree in related field

Registered in an Alcohol and Drug Counseling Certification program
