Job summary

The Grateful Client Program Administrator will lead development, launch, and ongoing management of a comprehensive donor engagement program at Auburn University’s College of Veterinary Medicine. You will coordinate marketing materials, digital content, and philanthropic communications in collaboration with the Development team and hospital leadership.

Responsibilities include identifying prospective donors, enabling follow-up with grateful clients, and supporting Compassionate Care Funds

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR high school diploma or equivalent with 5 years of education experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the operational, educational, and engagement components of the program. Responsibilities will include developing and maintaining marketing materials, managing digital content and hospital-based philanthropic messaging, identifying and referring prospective donors, and facilitating appropriate follow-up with grateful clients.
• Support the effective management and stewardship of the College’s Compassionate Care Funds, helping coordinate fund utilization, maintain accurate records, and communicate the impact of philanthropic support on patient care.
• Build relationships with frontline hospital personnel, providing training and education on the Grateful Client Program, and empowering faculty, clinicians, and staff to recognize opportunities for philanthropic engagement while maintaining the highest standards of patient care, client confidentiality, and professionalism.
