Job summary

Auburn University seeks a Grateful Client Program Administrator to lead development, launch, and management of a comprehensive program within the College of Veterinary Medicine (CVM). This role bonds the Office of Development with the Veterinary Teaching Hospitals to foster philanthropy and support patient care.

Working with hospital leadership, clinicians, and communications teams, the Administrator coordinates marketing, digital content, donor referrals, and follow-up with grateful clients,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, OR
• High school diploma or equivalent plus 5 years of experience in education

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the operational, educational, and engagement components of the program, including marketing materials and donor referrals.
• Support stewardship of Compassionate Care Funds and communicate impact of philanthropic support on patient care.
• Build relationships with hospital personnel, provide training on the Grateful Client Program, and promote philanthropic engagement while upholding patient care standards.
