Job summary

The Outreach Team is hiring Organizers in key congressional districts to recruit and train volunteers, build teams, and drive grassroots actions. You will engage communities, canvass, petition, and coordinate events in PA-08, CA-48, NY-17, MI-07, MI-10, VA-01, VA-02, AZ-01, AZ-06.

You will also manage digital campaigns, data, and reporting tools, mobilize supporters through calls, texts, emails, and social media, and collaborate with partners to expand outreach while upholding equity and

Qualifications

• Experience driving equity and justice in community work.
• Experience recruiting and developing activist leaders.
• Ability to plan events and campaigns with diverse communities.
• Comfort speaking publicly and working weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop activist leaders to collect supporter petitions.
• Plan and execute events around climate, health, and justice campaigns.
• Engage community and campus leaders for recruitment and power-building.
• Track interactions and report campaign metrics.
