Job summary

The Outreach Team is seeking passionate organizers to recruit and train volunteers, build grassroots teams, and support canvassing and petition efforts across local districts.

You will recruit community leaders, coordinate events, and manage data and reporting to advance reproductive freedom, equity, and opportunity for all. This role requires commitment to inclusivity and weekend/evening availability.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse communities.
• Experience leading teams and facilitating inclusive decision making.
• Demonstrated commitment to equity, inclusion, and social justice.
• Proven track record of achieving results and meeting goals.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and train volunteers, build grassroots campaign teams, and manage volunteer lists.
• Generate petitions and campaigns, supporting social media and outreach efforts.
• Organize high-visibility events including door-knocking, petitions, and community actions.
• Track interactions and report on campaign results with regular updates.
