Job summary

The Outreach Team is seeking passionate organizers in key congressional districts to recruit, train, and lead volunteers for canvassing and petitions. You will build local teams, coordinate events, and engage community leaders to expand grassroots outreach in Virginia and beyond.

In this role you will manage digital outreach, mobilize supporters, and help ensure inclusive leadership and equity in campaign activities.

Qualifications

• Experience organizing campaigns or nonprofits.
• Ability to recruit and train volunteers.
• Comfortable speaking publicly and in groups.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and train a community of volunteer activists.
• Build and manage volunteer lists and ensure engagement.
• Organize high-visibility events around climate, jobs, and justice.
• Coordinate digital outreach and track campaign interactions.
• Engage with community leaders and partner organizations.
