Job summary

The Outreach Team is seeking motivated organizers to recruit, train, and lead volunteers across diverse Congressional Districts, including PA-08, CA-48, NY-17, MI-07, MI-10, VA-01, VA-02, AZ-01, AZ-06. You will build canvassing teams, run petitions, coordinate events, and mobilize volunteers for actions that advance equity and climate justice.

Applicants should be able to drive, work weekends/evenings, and communicate clearly with communities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and develop activist leaders to collect petitions and recruit constituents.
• Plan and execute events around climate action, jobs and justice.
• Develop relationships with community leaders and campus groups for recruitment.
• Engage our network through public actions and ongoing outreach.
