Job summary

The Outreach Team is seeking organizers to recruit, train, and lead volunteers across targeted congressional districts in the United States. You will build teams around canvassing, petitions, and events, and engage communities through outreach and coalition work.

• Leadership and public speaking ability

Responsibilities

• Recruit and train a community of volunteer activists and organize canvassing, petitions, and events
• Generate campaign actions including petitions and targeted outreach via social media, calls, and mailers
• Organize high-visibility in-person events to demonstrate support for climate, jobs, and justice
• Manage digital campaigns, data management, and reporting tools; track interactions and produce weekly updates
