Job summary

MCC is seeking a Graphics Project Coordinator to ensure customer product specs and item details translate accurately into MCC's ERP and Prepress Management platform. You will strategically collaborate with internal and external customers to optimize interactions and drive efficiencies.

This role requires coordinating from inception to implementation, onboarding new business, and ensuring data integrity across ERP and prepress systems. Strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• 3+ years in Customer Service and/or Graphics Reproduction or equivalent.
• Strong math, data entry and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintains graphic project coordination from inception to implementation.
• New Business Onboarding - collaborates with internal teams and customers to set up in ERP.
• Defines item specifications and translates them into the ERP system.
• Creates and links graphic project data to ERP and prepress workflows.
• Uses ERP and graphics platform for prepress entry and tracking.
• Manages workload aligning with quality, service and productivity.
• Participates in Lean Manufacturing methods (SQDC).
• Supports pre-pro calls with internal and external teams.
• Ensures proper POs for prepress and tracks billing.
• Collaborates with teams to fulfill customer requirements.
