Job summary

PostNet IL106 in Lake Forest is seeking a dedicated team member to create and prepare electronic files for print, set up customer files, and assist clients at the front counter. This full-time role supports marketing materials, promotional items, and various printing tasks in a fast-paced shop environment.

You will utilize Adobe Creative Suite for layout and design, manage multiple tasks, and ensure quality finished products while delivering excellent customer service daily.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or design certificate preferred.
• Strong graphic design and page layout skills.
• Experience with EFI Fiery knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create promotional materials, including multimedia presentations, banners, newsletters, flyers, signs, posters, and business cards.
• Involvement in output, workflow management, and production of orders, up to operating a digital printing machine.
• Consult with customers about graphics needs and assist with using center applications to complete tasks.
• Produce quotes for clients, assemble final layouts, and review layouts for print readiness and improvements.
• Assist customers with center services (shipping, packing, copying) as needed.
• Maintain a clean workspace and assist with sales transactions and image archives.
