Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience or college graduate with a degree in Graphic Design or a similar industry.
• Experience with Adobe or other graphic design software.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage email communications, responding promptly to internal and external inquiries.
• Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Graphic Art Software daily to ensure seamless operations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by coordinating with clients and team members to meet their needs.
• Oversee the delivery of print jobs to printers and work with the warehouse team to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with reviewing and confirming print jobs using Graphic Printing software applications.
