SpeedPro Windy City in Downers Grove seeks an Order Desk Coordinator to own every client order from first phone call to paid invoice. You will be the main client contact, ensuring accurate estimates, complete work orders, and timely communication.

Responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating with production, checking proofs, and closing the loop with clients post‑delivery. This role requires keen attention to detail and strong communication; growth opportunities exist within our national

Qualifications

• Two+ years coordinating orders, projects, or client accounts in deadline-driven environments.
• Must write things down and check before releasing; attention to detail is critical.
• Warm and direct communication with clients; able to deliver difficult news.
• Familiarity with order management or CRM systems; CoreBridge experience is a plus.
• Proficient with email, Outlook, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own client orders from first call to paid invoice; act as primary client contact.
• Build accurate estimates and convert approved estimates to orders promptly.
• Write clear work orders detailing material, finish, dimensions, and quantity.
• Schedule installations and coordinate with production on lead times.
• Check proofs against work orders and confirm client approval in writing.
• Follow up with clients after job completion and manage invoicing and AR.
