Job summary

Brown and Caldwell seeks a Graphic Designer to partner with the creative team, marketers, and technical staff to support the layout and development of graphics for proposals, presentations, collateral, and technical reports. The role contributes to visual messaging and brand consistency while working under senior designers.

You will help maintain standard processes, support multiple deadlines, and expand your skills across diverse projects within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field required.
• 0–2 years graphic design or related experience.
• Experience in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply knowledge of brand assets, tools, templates and processes.
• Support document layout and graphic development for pursuits and presentations.
• Support slide formatting, graphics, and revisions for interviews and presentations.
• Review final layouts to suggest improvements and ensure brand compliance.
• Leverage existing graphics and adapt for current needs.
• Coordinate with design leads and communicate project status.
