The Walsh Group is seeking a Graphic Designer to support our water projects in our Atlanta, GA office. The role creates graphics for proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral while enforcing branding standards and coordinating with proposal teams.

You'll design layouts, align with client graphics standards, and assist with ads and event collateral under tight deadlines, contributing to a small-company feel with large-company backing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe CC: InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Demonstrated time management skills with ability to handle multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Adaptability to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Create specialized graphics for proposals, presentations and project-specific efforts, including alignment maps, flow charts, and engineering drawings.
• Design/format/layout of proposals and presentations; produce materials such as tabs, covers, and graphics.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure proper use of jobsite signage and logos.
• Review layouts and suggest improvements; ensure image copyrights are respected.
• Assist with ads for trade publications and collateral for sponsorship events.
• Provide graphic support to Proposal Managers/Coordinators and Communications.
• Assist with jobsite graphics needs like hard hat stickers and posters.
• Arrange and participate in photo-shoots and coordinate with printing vendors.
