Job summary

Brown and Caldwell in Columbus, OH is seeking a Graphic Designer with 0–2 years of experience to support visual branding, layouts, and presentations across pursuits and deliverables.

You will apply Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) to create polished graphics, review final layouts for accuracy, and collaborate with design leads to meet deadlines. A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of Graphic Design or related experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply knowledge of the visual brand assets, tools, templates and processes.
• Support document layout, graphic and illustration development for pursuits, presentations, and deliverables.
• Support slide formatting, interview graphics, animation and revisions for interviews and presentations.
• Conduct reviews of final layouts, slides and graphics to ensure brand compliance.
• Collaborate with senior team members to improve designs and meet deadlines.
