Job summary

Matrix Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Graphic Designer to craft visually compelling proposals and marketing materials that reflect the firm’s brand. You will work with engineering and marketing teams to translate complex concepts into clean visuals and layouts.

The role requires a strong portfolio and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, plus experience in Word and PowerPoint for proposals; travel up to 10-15% may be required. Office locations nationwide, including Indianapolis, are supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years graphic design experience; architecture/engineering/construction industry experience a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating layout, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for proposal environments.

Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling proposals, qualification packages, presentations, and pursuit materials that align with brand standards.
• Create graphics, diagrams, and visuals that explain engineering services and project approaches.
• Collaborate with proposal writers and subject-matter experts to translate technical information into accessible layouts.
• Format and refine proposal documents in InDesign and Microsoft Office.
• Develop templates, cover designs, infographics, and project sheets to enhance positioning.
