Job summary

Matrix Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team across one of eight offices, including Maumee, OH. The role supports brand, marketing initiatives, and communications, collaborating with engineers, PMs, and other stakeholders to create visuals that explain complex concepts.

You will design proposals, marketing collateral, and templates in InDesign, PowerPoint, and Word, while maintaining brand consistency and delivering high-quality layouts under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in architecture, engineering, or construction.
• Strong portfolio showing layout design, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Word/PowerPoint for proposals.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear visuals.

Responsibilities

• Design proposals, qualification packages, presentations, and pursuit materials aligned with brand.
• Create graphics, diagrams, and visuals to explain engineering services and processes.
• Collaborate with proposal writers, PMs, and SMEs to turn technical info into professional layouts.
• Format and refine documents in InDesign and Microsoft Office.
• Develop templates, cover designs, infographics, and project sheets to boost positioning.
• Produce digital and print marketing materials and maintain brand consistency.
• Support internal communications with decks, logos, and event collateral.
• Partner with engineering, construction, and automation teams to gather accurate info.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and maintain brand guidelines.
