Job summary

Matrix Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Graphic Designer to develop visually compelling materials that support the firm’s brand, marketing initiatives, and communication goals.

You will work with the marketing team, technical staff, and other departments to design graphics, campaigns, and collateral that translate complex concepts into clear visuals. The role requires a 1–3 year design background, strong Adobe CC skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with quick turnarounds,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of graphic design experience; architecture/engineering/construction background preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for proposal environments.
• Strong portfolio showing layout, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear visuals.
• Attention to detail and time-management for multiple deadlines.
• Willingness to travel locally and overnight (~10–15%).

Responsibilities

• Design proposals, qualification packages, presentations, and pursuit materials that align with brand standards.
• Create graphics, diagrams, and visuals explaining engineering services and processes.
• Collaborate with writers, managers, and SMEs to turn technical information into professional layouts.
• Format and refine documents in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office.
• Develop templates, cover designs, infographics, and project sheets to boost competitiveness.
