Job summary

North Point Hospitality is seeking a graphic designer to support branding across multiple hotels. The role involves typography, layout, photography, and visual storytelling for print and digital materials, aligned with brand standards.

You will manage diverse projects, learn new design trends and AI-assisted tools, and contribute to posters, reports, signage, social media content, and HR/recruiting visuals for our properties.

Qualifications

• College degree in graphic design, communications, marketing or related preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills through professional, freelance, internship, or academic work.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with excellent grammar and punctuation.
• Ability to work quickly when great creative is needed, while collaborating with teams.
• Proven track record in graphic design and effective communication across departments.

What we're looking for:

• College degree in graphic design, communications, marketing or related preferred

Over the years, we've worked with big hotel companies like Hilton and Marriott to create these projects. So far, we've built 38 hotels from the ground up, investing over $600 million.
