Job summary

BHHS Florida Network in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a skilled graphic designer to create and direct graphic work for internal and external marketing materials. You will develop presentation content for training and executive briefings, and craft design strategies to strengthen the brand image.

The role requires 3–5 years of graphic design experience and proficiency with PC/Mac design tools, along with strong visual communication and multi-tasking abilities. Comprehensive benefits are offered.

Purpose of Job

This position creates and directs graphic-related work for the company.

Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions)

• Createnew designsfor internal and external printed marketing materials.
• Create presentation materials to support training, managementmeeting, and executive presentations.
• Develop and implement design strategies to enhancecompany'sbrand image.
• May recommend,implementandmaintainhardware and software requirements for the department.
• May write feature articles, newspaper advertising,biosand press releases.
• Recommend,sourceand manage outside creative resources.
• May provide color copy support for sales associates and representatives of new home development.
• May deliver designed materials to printers/vendors.
• Perform anyadditionalresponsibilities as requested or assigned.

Qualifications

Education:

• Associate's degree in graphic design; or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

• 3-5years experienceas a graphic designer on a variety of media includingInternet.

• Strong knowledge of printing and electronic production methods.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
