Qualifications

• Associate's degree in graphic design or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of graphic design experience across media.
• Proficiency in PC and Mac, print and digital production knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Create new designs for internal and external marketing materials.
• Create presentation materials to support training, management meetings, and executive presentations.
• Develop and implement design strategies to enhance the company's brand image.
• May recommend, implement and maintain hardware and software requirements for the department.
• May write feature articles, newspaper advertising, bios and press releases.
• May provide color copy support for sales associates and representatives of new home development.
