Job summary

Imperial in Findlay, OH is seeking a Graphic Designer responsible for creating logos for orders and development packages, collaborating with Production Design Manager, Senior Designers, and Account Managers.

  • Complete a wide range of routine to complex designs with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be prepared to communicate and work directly with customers in the office.
  • Be prepared to travel solo to appointments/design fairs and work with customers occasionally.
  • Be prepared to travel to tradeshows and work with customers occasionally.

SUMMARY: Responsible for the creation of logos for order completion and developmental packages as needed for customers and internal requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Receive assignments from the Production Design Manager, Senior Graphic Designers, Account Managers and other staff members.
  • Create, source and/or modify designs, illustrations, and logos in accordance with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Achieve and maintain familiarity with internal design templates and company standards.

Qualifications / Education

  • Ability to exercise good judgment and decision‑making skills.
  • Ability to self motivate and stay on task daily.
  • Minimum of Associate Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related field.
  • Attention to detail and understanding the rules and limitations of our factory for design.
  • Ability to communicate with customers clearly.
Working Conditions

Occasional travel during the week/weekends and extra work hours throughout the week during peak seasons.
