Lush Banners & Lush Displays in Richmond, TX is hiring a Graphic Design / Customer Care teammate for a fast-paced onsite role. You’ll support customers from first contact through artwork preparation, quality checks, and order follow-through while also contributing to marketing and design tasks.

You’ll work with a team that values accuracy, responsiveness, and clear communication, with on-the-job training covering artwork processes and client support to grow in design and customer-care

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service or related experience preferred.
• Strong multitasking with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience in marketing, video, eCommerce or design is a plus.
• Spanish, French or Chinese language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with creating printing artwork with training provided.
• Review artwork file quality, correct defects and provide proofs.
• Follow up on sales leads and provide solutions.
• Handle inquiries via phone, online chat, and email.

Lush Banners & Lush Displays is hiring a long-term, full-time Graphic Design / Customer Care team member for a fast-paced office in Richmond, TX (onsite). In this role, you’ll support customers from first contact through artwork preparation, quality checks, and follow-through on orders, while also contributing to marketing and design-related tasks.

You’ll work closely with a team that values responsiveness, accuracy, and good communication. The position is designed for someone who can balance customer inquiries with production details, supported by comprehensive on-the-job training for artwork-related processes.

What you’ll do

• Assist customers with creating printing artwork as required, with comprehensive job training provided.
• Review artwork file quality, correct defects, and provide proof to customers.
• Follow up on sales leads and provide solutions.
• Handle customer inquiries by answering phone calls, online chat, and email.
• Pack and ship packages in a timely manner as required.
• Monitor turnaround times and resolve product or service issues promptly, identifying and addressing customer satisfaction concerns.
• Seasonally support marketing, warehouse, or customer relationship tasks as assigned.
• Create templates, images, and videos; help update website product listings and social media content.
• Periodically suggest improvements to products and service quality and recommend potential offerings to management based on customer needs.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes while maintaining effective team relationships.

What you bring

• Positive, “can-do” attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.
• Good working skills in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop are required.
• Ability to perform in a multitasking, fast-paced office environment.
• 1-2 years of customer service, sales and marketing, and/or customer retention experience is preferred.
• Experience in marketing, video, multimedia, eCommerce, advertising agency, sign installation, printing shop, or graphic design is a big plus.
• Spanish, French, or Chinese is a plus.

Schedule and location

• Work location: Richmond, Texas 77406, close to Katy & Sugar Land
• Typical working hours: Weekdays, 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
