Primary Responsibilities

• Assist customers to create printing artwork files as required. Comprehensive on‑job training will be provided.
• Check artwork file quality, correct defects, and provide proof to customers.
• Follow up sales leads and provide solutions.
• Answer incoming phone calls, online chat, and email inquiries.
• Timely packing and shipping of packages as required.
• Monitor turnaround, resolve product or service problems in time and identify and resolve customer satisfaction issues.

Other Responsibilities

• Seasonally assist with websites, marketing, or sales tasks assigned by supervisor. Help create templates, pictures, and videos of products and update website product listings and social media content.
• Periodically provide suggestions to improve products and service quality. Recommend potential products or services to management by analyzing customer needs.
• Establish and maintain effective team relationships.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive, can‑do attitude and be eager to learn and grow.
• Must be highly organized, a strong multi‑tasker with great attention to detail.
• Good Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills are required.
• Can multi‑task and perform well in a fast‑paced office environment.
• 1-2 years of customer service, sales, marketing, or customer retention experience is preferred.
• Experience in marketing, advertising, trade show exhibits, sign installation, print shop, or graphic design is a plus.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift 50 or more pounds.
• Flexibility to stand or lean over a waist‑high table to inspect, install or pack packages.
