Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills.
• Graphic arts background, creativity, and design abilities preferred.
• Proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, sales representatives, and internal departments with daily support on files, design, or uploading questions.
• Create, update, implement and train others on standard operating procedures for customers and staff.
• Test customer files for mechanical/technical problems to ensure print readiness.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries via phone, email, etc.
• Provide professional guidance for customers and internal teams; support Prepress and Leads as needed.
• Run daily customer service reports and keep communication organized.
