Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Graphics Production Supervisor to oversee daily art production, proofs, and plates, ensuring timely delivery. The role collaborates with customers, service, product development, and sales to evaluate new projects and preproduction needs.

The position requires advanced ESKO Automation Engine skills, strong Adobe Creative Suite abilities, and at least 7 years in flexo color separation and job engineering. GMP/compliance awareness and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with ESKO Automation Engine (Pilot).
• Intermediate proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe CC).
• Ability to maintain good client relations with external and internal customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 7 years flexo color separation/job engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily graphics production and timely proofs/plates.
• Preflight and transfer customer files using native software.
• Direct production of artwork and printing plates with manager.
• Collaborate with customers, service, product development and sales on new projects.
• Attend and contribute to client and production meetings.
• Assist in quality improvements and issue resolution in graphics.
