Neo4j, Inc. is hiring Solution Engineers to partner with our sales team and showcase how the Neo4j Graph Intelligence Platform meets critical business needs. You will support customers through technical evaluations, architecture discussions, and credible demonstrations across industries.

You will travel as needed, contribute to demand generation, and stay current with Neo4j capabilities. This role emphasizes thought leadership in graphs and delivering customer value at scale.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of customer-facing experience in a similar capacity (Sales/Presales/Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, etc).
• Experience working with data technologies in areas such as data architecture, analytics, data science or cloud data architecture.
• Familiarity with graph data technology and Neo4j is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Confidently articulate business and technical value of Neo4j to customers and prospects as a key technical advisor.
• Actively drive and run the technology evaluation stage of the sales cycles.
• Manage day-to-day activities across multiple opportunities including qualification, technical discovery, demos, and documentation of technical decision criteria.
• Build rapport with customer stakeholders at all levels and act as a trusted advisor in guiding them to value with Neo4j.
• Co-create reference architectures, integrating Neo4j with cloud or on-premise environments.
