Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. is seeking a Category Sales Manager in Eddystone, PA to lead Sales and Product Management for the Grapes program.

You will drive revenue growth, ensure quality and customer service, and collaborate with other departments to grow the product line. The role requires a 4-year degree and 5+ years in fresh produce sales, with strong negotiation, communication, and travel willingness.

Qualifikationen

• 4-year Degree (Business or related field) or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years fresh produce sales experience with retailers, wholesalers, or foodservice.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of logistics within the produce industry.
• Ability to grow a business and drive revenue.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Understanding of key financial indicators.
• Strong negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Team player with good problem-solving and time management.

Aufgaben

• Forecast future demands, volume and revenue to meet objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to grow sales.
• Resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Analyze market conditions to identify growth opportunities.

• Manage customer order entry, carrier assignments, and daily changes.
• Coordinate with DCs, port, and logistics for best-in-class service.
• Develop and implement sales presentations and tools for customers.
• Conduct weekly market checks and profitability analyses.
