Job summary

ECMC Foundation is seeking a Senior Associate, Grants Management Data & Systems to lead the grants management system, data governance, and reporting efforts. You will design, configure, test, and deploy system enhancements; manage data quality and governance; and partner with Grants Management leadership, Finance, and IT to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, data analytics, information systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, data analytics, BI, or information systems.
• Experience administering grants management systems or CRM platforms.
• Strong reporting, dashboards, data governance, and data reconciliation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as grants management systems administrator and SME.
• Lead data governance, quality management, and reconciliation practices.
• Develop and optimize reporting, dashboards, and KPIs for decision-making.
• Translate business needs into system configurations and automated workflows.
• Ensure system security, governance, and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with leadership, IT, Finance, and vendors on improvements.
