Job summary

ECMC Foundation seeks a Grants Management Associate to support the full grant lifecycle, ensuring efficient and compliant processes within Fluxx. You will work with staff and grantees, handle award documentation, payments, and system updates to maintain accurate grant data.

You will deliver training on grants workflows, assist leadership with reports, and help identify opportunities to improve data quality and operational efficiency across the foundation.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience with grants management systems or CRMs.
• Experience administering and maintaining complex data systems and supporting grants management workflows.
• Experience implementing process improvements and data quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conducts due diligence reviews of LOIs and grant applications to ensure completeness and alignment with requirements.
• Manages grant lifecycle activities including award docs, grant agreements, payments, and modifications.
• Owns and maintains grants management data integrity and system configurations (Fluxx).
• Oversees daily grants management operations and cross‑department collaboration for issue resolution.
• Provides onboarding and ongoing training on grants processes and system navigation.
