ECMC Foundation is seeking a Senior Operations Partner in Minneapolis on a hybrid schedule. The role shapes the foundation’s operating model, governance, and business practices to advance its mission, across financials, contracting, risk, data and systems.

You will partner with leadership, Shared Services, and external partners to deliver sustainable impact. You will drive multi-year roadmaps, oversee complex programs, manage budgets, and ensure audit readiness and process discipline while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, nonprofit or related field; 7+ years in operations or finance.
• Experience translating strategy into operating plans, governance structures, and milestones.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve the Foundation's operating model, systems, and workflows.
• Advise leadership on risks, resources, and opportunities with actionable plans.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and management reporting with accuracy and transparency.
• Oversee contracting lifecycle, vendor governance, and compliance controls.
• Lead performance measurement and continuous improvement initiatives.
