Webster Groves School District is seeking a Federal and State Programs Specialist to manage Title, Perkins, and ESSER grants while supporting student services operations at the Central Office in Webster Groves, MO. The role partners with the Assistant Superintendent for Learning and the Director of Learning Support Services to ensure compliant administration of programs and services.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in education, public administration, business, social work, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in grants management, school administration, or student services.
• Working knowledge of federal and state education programs (ESSA Title programs, Perkins, ESSER) and related fiscal/compliance requirements.
• Working knowledge of McKinney-Vento, FERPA, and student enrollment/residency requirements.
• Experience with Missouri DESE grant systems and reporting.
• Experience with the VICC program or interdistrict transportation coordination.
• Experience with student discipline hearings or due process procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare an annual report for the Board of Education summarizing federal and state programs.
• Provide updates on federal and state projects to the Assistant Superintendent for Learning and principals.
• Plan with the Assistant Superintendent for Learning and principals on the use of funds for federal/state programs.
• Serve as the federal/state programs liaison with nonpublic schools and community partners.
• Monitor and track expenditures of state/federally funded projects for accuracy and compliance.
• Participate in annual budget development for state and federal programs.
• Complete all applications and reports for federal/state grants (Title programs, Perkins, ESSER).
• Attend federal/state program training institutes as needed or recommended.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance on federal/state programming.
