PreventEd is seeking a Grants Strategist to develop and manage our grant funding strategy, driving organizational sustainability and program growth. You will research opportunities, craft compelling proposals, and oversee the full grants cycle from application to closeout.

You will partner with Finance and program teams to create budgets, narratives, and reports, maintain compliance, and nurture funder relationships in a dynamic nonprofit setting.

Qualifikationen

• Experience writing and submitting fund proposals, renewals, and reports.
• Experience managing grants from application to closeout.
• Familiarity with grant databases, CRM, or tracking software.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement an annual grant strategy aligned with priorities and funding needs.
• Research foundation, corporate, government, and other grant opportunities.
• Write, edit, and submit proposals, LOIs, renewals, and reports.
• Collaborate with program staff to gather outcomes and impact data for proposals.
• Partner with Finance to develop budgets, narratives, and financial reports.
• Maintain grant calendar and tracking system for applications, awards, deadlines, and compliance.
• Manage the grant lifecycle from identification to closeout.
• Monitor grant requirements, deliverables, and spending.
• Maintain organized grant files and supporting documentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective funders.
• Coordinate funder meetings, site visits, audits, and communications.
• Analyze grant performance and funding trends to inform strategy.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on opportunities and deadlines.
• Collaborate across departments to strengthen data collection and reporting.
