Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years of related experience required.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a graduate engineering environment.
• Experience with proposal submissions and sponsor guidelines.
• Strong record-keeping for proposals and grant life cycle.
• Excellent collaboration with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal submissions for assigned departments and faculty.
• Provide post-award grants support over the life cycle.
• Serve as Department Effort Officer (DEO) for assigned department(s).
• Provide onboarding training to research personnel.
• Maintain repository of submissions and related documents.
• Prepare monthly reports for PIs and handle cost transfers and invoicing.
• Interface with investigators and external constituents to resolve issues.
• Prepare amendments and modifications as needed.
