Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with two years of grant or contract administration experience OR CRA and two years of grant or contract administration experience OR equivalent combination of education and six years of grant or contract administration experience.
• FIU - Research Administrators Certificate Course must be completed within 3 months of hire and the CRA Prep Course within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with faculty in the preparation and submission of proposals for external funding; reviews applications for consistency and ensures required elements and deadlines are met.
• Educates the HWCOM research community through trainings, website development and guidance dissemination.
• Maintains records of HWCOM Faculty research profiles and trainings; works with PIs, departments, and chairs to ensure compliance.
