Job summary

Firefly Children & Family Alliance seeks a full-time Grants Coordinator in Indianapolis, Indiana. You will coordinate grant administration, manage reporting for state, federal, and private funders, and support proposal development across 75-100 proposals annually.

You will work with Development and Accounting to ensure accurate budgets and timely grant deliverables. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage 45-60 active grants concurrently

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3-5 years of grant experience.
• Experience in nonprofit or government funding environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administration and tracking of grants and reporting.
• Prepare grant-related expense reports, invoices, and financial documentation.
• Collaborate with program staff to understand grant-funded activities and outcomes.
• Monitor expenditures and communicate budget concerns to staff.
• Maintain a comprehensive grant calendar with milestones.
• Support preparation and submission of grant applications and reports.
