Job summary

WFYI Public Media is seeking a Grants and Institutional Giving Manager in Indianapolis to secure grant funding and support reporting to foundations, government agencies, and other funders. You will translate strategic priorities into compelling proposals and manage grant deliverables with cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities include coordinating grant proposals, reports, and materials, ensuring compliance with funders, and maintaining strong relationships with institutional funders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Three or more years of professional grant writing or institutional fundraising experience.
• Experience coordinating proposals, reports, and materials for foundations or government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage grant proposals, reports, and funder deliverables.
• Coordinate across departments to align priorities with funder requirements.
• Ensure timely grant deliverables and grant compliance.
