Job summary

Commonwealth seeks a Grants Manager to provide administrative support for grant tracking, reporting, writing, and proposal submission. You will work with senior staff and project directors to ensure data and documentation for all grants are complete and accessible.

The role includes deadline tracking, reporting deliverables, and coordination with external partners. The position emphasizes developing a specialized grant system, coordinating proposals, and maintaining a library of grant-writing

Qualifications

• Experience with grant tracking systems and reporting workflows.
• Proven ability to craft and edit grant proposals and reports.
• Exceptional organizational skills with multi-project tracking and deadlines.
• Proactive, self-starting, capable of independent project progression while collaborating with teams.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse staff roles.
• Strong proficiency in document and spreadsheet tools (MS Office, Google Sheets).
• Experience in financial security or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a database/system for recording grant proposals, awards, and statistics; generate reports and analyses.
• Track grants through their lifecycle and communicate deadlines with partners.
• Gather input from project teams for grant progress reporting.
• Support technical and financial reporting in partnership with senior leaders and external accounting.
