Job summary

Commonwealth seeks a Grants Manager to support grant tracking, reporting, and proposal submission. You will work with senior staff to ensure records are current and accessible, and manage deadlines and deliverables across multiple grants.

You will coordinate grant proposals, reports, and collateral, while developing a library of funder requirements and CVs. The role emphasizes collaboration, accuracy, and adherence to funding guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of administrative and project-management experience
• Experience writing and editing grant proposals and reports
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects
• Proactive, independent worker who can meet deadlines and collaborate
• Ability to handle sensitive information
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience in financial security or financial services is a plus

Responsibilities

• Track grant proposals, awards, and reporting in a centralized database
• Monitor grant deadlines and coordinate with internal and external partners
• Gather input from project teams for reporting
• Support technical and financial reporting with senior leaders and accounting partner
• Coordinate grant proposals and reports with senior leaders
• Develop and maintain grant-writing collateral library
• Identify and track grant opportunities across funders
• Support budget management for restricted funding and quarterly reports
• Keep projects on track through disciplined follow-up
