The Tucson Airport Authority is seeking an accounting professional to assist with grant reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, and related financial analyses for Tucson International Airport (TUS) and Ryan Airfield (RYN).

Responsibilities include project and fixed asset accounting, grant reconciliations, and support for annual ACFR reporting, audits, and SEFA. A 4-year degree in accounting and 2 years of related experience are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
• Two years of related experience required; equivalent mix accepted.
• Knowledge of GAAP required; strong Excel skills.
• ERP software experience and advanced account reconciliation skills preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and record monthly reimbursement packets and entries.
• Assist in coordinating the month-end close process.
• Perform monthly general ledger analyses and reconciliations, incl. project summaries.
• Support project and fixed asset accounting activities and reporting.
• Assist with grant reconciliations and grant closeout documentation.
• Support audit preparation and SEFA reporting as part of ACFR.
