Job summary

Tucson Airport Authority seeks a professional cleaning specialist to maintain indoor and exterior areas at Tucson International Airport (TUS) and Ryan Airfield (RYN). Under supervision, you will perform a range of cleaning tasks and uphold TSA security requirements.

The role emphasizes safety, punctuality, and exceptional customer service, with duties including use of PPE, operating cleaning equipment, and supporting emergency response efforts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; one year custodial experience helpful.
• Ability to read and follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Ability to communicate in English; bilingualism not required.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning services for indoor and exterior areas at TUS and RYN.
• Sweep, scrub, mop, vacuum, dust, wax floors and clean restrooms.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and wear PPE as required.
• Operate cleaning equipment and vehicles; follow training protocols.
• Support safety and emergency response as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
