Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
• One year of professional accounting or financial statement auditing experience.

Responsibilities

• Review, reconcile, and analyze financial transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts; prepare supporting documentation for audits.
• Assist in month- and year-end close and grant accounting activities.
• Prepare financial schedules and ad-hoc reports as required.
• Identify errors, trends, and variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Support monitoring of expenditures, revenues, and budget activity.
• Assist with audit preparation and respond to inquiries.
