Responsibilities

• Monitor AAHI grants programs, track performance and compliance.
• Coordinate solicitation, applications, review, contracting, reporting, and TA.
• Create detailed internal/external grant reports and communications.
• Conduct site visits and meetings; ensure timely grant deliverables.
• Develop notices of funding opportunities and information sessions.
• Coordinate awarding, contracting, and grant closeout processes.
• Provide administrative support for contracts, scopes, and vendor contact.
• Support department initiatives, capacity building, events, and community outreach.
