CommUnityCare Health Centers is seeking a Grants Manager to oversee the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program funding, manage a team of specialists, and coordinate performance reporting to funders. The role collaborates with program, finance, data, and leadership to monitor compliance and outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a track record in grants management for nonprofit or government sectors, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to build cross-functional relationships with funding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, Public Policy, Business, Nonprofit Management or related field
• Minimum 3 years grants management experience in nonprofit or governmental organizations
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local grant laws and cost principles
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and relationship-building abilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program funding and supervise a team of specialists
• Liaise with funding partners and external stakeholders to support grant compliance and funding sustainability
• Coordinate reporting of performance data to funders and external partners with grant specialists, program management, and finance
• Collaborate with Finance on budgeting, financial reporting, expenditure monitoring and compliance
• Coordinate STI- and HIV-related audits and develop corrective action plans with Compliance
• Monitor programs and performance and ensure compliance with contracts and funder requirements
• Update program policies and manuals to reflect regulatory changes
• Develop relationships with staff, community partners, and governmental organizations
• Utilize software/database and scheduling tools to track LOIs, proposals, and reports
• Perform other related duties as assigned
